This summer the
Black Hawk Region of the IPA hosted the annual golf outing in June. Mike
Daly, our retired chair, did a fantastic job getting us set up at Indian Bluff
Golf Course. A special thanks also goes out to the Illinois High School
Association for their sponsorship and all of the administrators who were able to
make it. Below are some pictures of the fun! Click on any of the

Also we will again be hosting our first social of the year at
The River House
in Moline on Thursday, August 28th. Come and join us to meet up with
old friends, enjoy a cold beverage or two, and unwind from the hectic start
to your year. Any administrators in our region are invited to attend
whether you are an IPA member or not! Retirees, prospective members
and administrators are all welcome. It will start at 4 pm. Your
first beverage is on the house!
Don't forget to register for the Principal's
Professional Conference in Peoria on October 5-7. The Blackhawk
Region of the IPA will again be hosting a social on Sunday evening at the
Pere Marquette. Look for signs near the elevators of the Pere
Marquette and Holiday Inn on where the room is located. We look
forward to seeing you all in Peoria.
